We reserve the right to accept money orders, cash, and bank or certified check as acceptable forms of payment at our discretion for pick-up bidders ONLY. CASH IS KING!! Invoices will be sent out within two hours of the auction ending. Payment is required within 2 days of receiving the invoice. Payments may be made over phone or in person. If you are tax exempt but you see sales tax on your invoice, send an email to brewtonauction@gmail.com with your sales tax exempt documentation. If payment is not received within 2 days of receiving the invoice, we will be charging the cards on file unless prior arrangement has been made with BA&ES. Shipping is offered on MOST ITEMS PLEASE ASK BEFORE BIDDING.
All PEW PEWS are eligible for shipping to an authorized FFL dealer. Any Bidder needing items shipped will need to arrange packing and shipping at an additional cost and paid for separately. Brewton Auctions takes Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Cash APP, Wire transfers and pre-approved checks for payment on any items won. Bidders credit cards will not be run until the day of pickup. Credit cards will be charged an additional 4% service fee. Any bidder that has not arranged pickup of their items will have their credit card charged to make all outstanding balances settled. We do not move items to a secondary location or hold items for a later pickup. If you miss our stated pickup window and have not arranged other means you will lose out on your items.
Brewton Auctions does not provide packing or moving materials for customer load out so remember to bring boxes and packing paper. Due to insurance reasons our employees are prohibited from helping with moving large appliances and furniture so please plan accordingly. We will not have tools on site so customers need to bring screwdrivers, hammers, pliers and any other tools that may be needed to remove their item from the auction location. Pew PEW winners must complete and pass a background check before leaving the property with the item. it may take up to 7 days if over 21 and longer if under 21. Check will not be conducted until paid in full... We will ship to authorized FFL in your area for a fee CALL JAY to learn more.
