PLEASE NOTE ************** THIS SALE REQUIRES PICKUP BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
An accepted bid is a legally binding contract that you as the winning bidder agree to purchase the items you win at auction. By placing a bid, you as the bidder are agreeing to all the terms and conditions of the auction.
Payment is accepted in the form of credit cards or cash at the time of pick up.
If you will be paying with cash, you must notify us prior to the close of the auction so that we may mark you as a cash customer.
If you are a tax exempt bidder, you must provide your tax id number prior to the close of the auction by email or phone.
If you are a winning bidder, you will receive, via email, a copy of the settlement detailing the item/s you have agreed to purchase. Please make sure the email you have on file is correct. You will then receive an invoice sent through Square where you can make the payment via credit card. Please note that all of your credit card information must match or your payment will be declined.
If using a credit card, all purchases totaling over $500.00 USD will require a drivers license photo id for authentification that you are the authorized credit card holder. Clear Choice Estate Auctions reserves the right to require a bank wire transfer for purchases larger than $5000.00 USD.
Once your invoice has been paid, if shipping can be handled in house, we will package your winnings and calculate the shipping charges which will be added to your invoice for payment. We will only ship to the address that is on the credit card entered into Square for the payment of the original purchases. Large or heavy items will need to be shipped and packed via The UPS store or Freight Company. You will be responsible for the cost of all packing and shipping associated.

- Pickup is located in Centre, Alabama *** Pickup is by appointment only.
- Buyer's Premium of 24% plus Sales Tax.
- Shipping is available to be paid for by the winning bidder.
- All purchases totaling over $500 will require a drivers license photo for verification purposes.
