Downsizing/Packed Estate Sale

OK yall.....Mark your calendars for this downsizing estate sale!!!  Home sold quickly and it is PACKED with lots of smalls that would be perfect for decorating your home or stocking your booths.  There will be some furniture, household items, kitchen items, antiques, collectibles, artwork, and lots of nice home decor.  Due to time constraints between family moving, home closing date, and our timeframe to prep the sale, we won't be able to post pictures until a couple weeks before the sale.  There is an outside double garage (and small storage shed) that is filled to the rim with lots of great vintage items.  You will have to dig and make a pile because lots will not be priced in these areas due to available time.  Everything has got to go in this sale, so plan to come load your wagons.  

Parking is going to be very tight!!!  There will be NO STREET PARKING due to no shoulder on the road.  You are welcome to park in the large yard of the home.  There is also a new housing development that is adjacent to the home that you could park in and easily walk over.  We will have signs to help direct you to the additional parking.    

SIGN UP SHEET:  A sheet will be placed at the front door on Friday only at 3:00pm.  Please sign your name to reserve your spot in line.  If you leave the property, be sure to return by 4:45pm so we can get you lined back up in your place and listen to some announcements.
