This lovely five bedroom home is located in the beautiful Hampton Wood subdivision off Flowers Chapel Road. All items must be picked up within 24 hours of the close of the sale. Any items not picked up will be forfeited and no refunds will be given.

Our team will not be able to assist with heavy items at this sale. Buyers must use caution and be careful when moving items not to damage the property in any way. If you damage something, you are responsible for the cost of repair.
