Blue & White Bliss in Country Club Area

So much goodness packed into a tiny house! Tucked away in the Country Club area literally seconds off Rainbow Drive, this little gem is going to make for a fun sale! There are well over a hundred blue and white decor pieces as well as decorative roosters ….both perennial favorites.

There are so many other home decor items other than blue and white and roosters: decorative plates, cut glass, bathroom accessories, and more! We also have a large collection of dolls including many Real Touch baby dolls with COA tags still attached. They are in three very nice glass front display cabinets.

The dining room furniture, accent tables in the living room, and bedroom furniture are French Provincial. We have a practically new and comfy Flexsteel sofa in a neutral tan color, two dark brown leather LaZBoy recliners, a French country style gingham check sofa and matching floral chintz club chair with ottoman. Console and other occasional tables are scattered throughout the home and there are four curio cabinets.

If you are looking for lamps, you found the right sale. There are several matching pairs as well as single lamps in this sale. We also have mirrors, wall art, area rugs, garden/patio accents, pots, plant stands and more. As with most sales, there is a kitchen with glassware, dish sets, and cookware.

The owner was a lady that loved to dress and have different shoes and a handbag for every outfit. Many clothes still have tags, and the shoes are in original boxes. Shoes are sizes 7-8 and are mainly low heel loafers in every color. Clothing is size L/XL and mostly casual tops, sweaters, jackets and pants in brands like Alfred Dunner, SagHarbor, Kim Rogers, etc. You will also find a collection of costume jewelry in this one.

Not a ton for the men in this one, but we do have some pocket knives, the garden accents, and a super nice Frigidaire garage fridge.

As we stated in the beginning, this is a small home that is jam packed full. Not a lot of elbow room and well over half the contents are breakable. We ask that you respect the home, family, and us by gently maneuvering through the home and taking care when handling fragile items. In fairness, if you break something, you need to plan on purchasing it. Let’s work together to have a great time!
