We charge 35% of the total sales. and we offer bunding to our customs each and every day of all our sales witch benefits not only our customers but our clients as well. Our on-site sales covers your traditional estate sale that usually takes place in the client’s home. Items are sold, and then the remainder of the estate items are donated to a charity at the discretion of the family or sold to a liquidator when possible.
