Sale is located at The Colonnades Condominiums, unit 1403 (14th Floor). Parking pass is not required for this event.
All items will need to be removed via the elevators. Please bring sufficient help to remove and load items carefully. We will not be staffed to assist with moving items. All items must be removed by the end of sale, or by 3pm on Saturday, November 15th.
HIES might offer suggestions for moving companies to assist. This transaction would be handled directly between buyer and the moving company and HIES takes no responsibility or liability in said agreement between the buyer and the moving company.
