Please give your full name, and the item number of the item you would like to reserve that is posted on the photos. We will text you an invoice back to pay by credit card if the item is still available.

We will allow 2 hours after the invoice is sent for you to pay before going to the next person in line.
There will be no more reserves taken after 6 pm the night prior to the start of each day of the sale. ALL items left at the house after the sale is over will be donated to charity. We are not responsible for your pickup of items purchased. If they are left after the sale is over the Items will be donated to charity. So, make sure you pick up the items you reserved.
All presales must be purchased by credit card (presales before we open at no extra fee).
Please bring your own help to move heavy items as we do not load anything for you.

This beautiful 2000 sq foot 1 story house with 4 Bedrooms is full in every room with holiday decor, men size large clothes, women size large clothes, high in furniture, china, serving pieces, Patio furniture, and even a Buick Car to bid on.

We will be taking offer on the 2006 Buick Lucerne sedan with 101899 miles Clean non smoker. We will award the car on Friday at 12 Noon to the highest bidder if they make the reserve.

Please bring you own help to move large items out of the house.
