1. Payment Policy
Windham Court Antiques accepts all major forms of payment, including cash, credit/debit cards, checks, and approved digital payment services. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing. Returned checks or failed electronic payments are subject to applicable bank and service fees.

2. Condition of Items
All items are sold “as is” and “as found.” Many antiques and vintage items naturally show signs of age and wear. Customers are encouraged to inspect all merchandise carefully before purchase. Windham Court Antiques makes no guarantees or warranties, express or implied, regarding the condition, age, origin, or value of any item.

3. Liability Disclaimer
Windham Court Antiques, its owners, and employees are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or accident occurring on or off the premises, including those related to purchased items after leaving the store. Customers enter the premises and handle merchandise at their own risk.

4. Indemnification
By purchasing or handling items from Windham Court Antiques, the customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the business, its owners, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from use, handling, or transport of any item.

5. Acceptance of Terms
By entering the premises or completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
