All items are being sold AS IS and all sales are FINAL.

No early bird sales or previews.  We do not give out prices, sizes and other details regarding sale items prior to the sale opening. Items available for presale are listed in a separate online sale.

All items to be picked up within 24 hours of purchase and no later than 4:00 on Sunday.

Please bring your own packing supplies and whatever assistance you may require to move and haul large items.
