*10 Percent State, city, country Sales Tax will be applied unless you have a copy of your current tax identification number. Please present a copy when upon checkout.
*There is a 3 % service charge for credit or debit cards.
* No Large Bags. We do have limited boxes.
* Numbers will be available two hours before sale opens on small table at front door. Due to the weather, you do not have to stay in line once you have your number. You may leave and return when the door opens for the sale.
*All items are sold As Is. No refunds will be given.
*Purchaser Must Bring Help to Load Large Items. We can recommend movers if interested.
*Neither Cahaba Lily Estate Sales nor the owners of the estate are responsible for accidents.
*There is limited space and it is not set up for handicap.
* Bathrooms are not open to the public.
*We have limited boxes and packing supplies. Please provide your own.
