Down Memory Lane Estate Sales in Arrowhead

We are again honored to be asked to direct this great estate sale for a wonderful gentleman that has served his country and community.  He is a retired Pharmacist from Eufaula and moved to Montgomery where he worked until he retired.  He is a member of the First United Methodist Church in Montgomery, where he has served and worked on many different positions.

There are so many great items in this sale, collectible items, antiques, pharmaceutical items, items collected from different parts of the world.

Due to the amount of items in this sale, we will be having the sale for 3 days.  It will be Friday, Saturday and Sunday afternoon after Church.  It will be full price the first day, 40% second and 50% last day.

The house is also for sale.  It is a brick 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, beautiful den with high ceilings, gorgeous fireplace, beams, and sliding glass doors leading out to a glassed in sun porch with heating and air, and opens up to a patio outside.  Has large carport with storage and also has another storage building in the side yard.  Beautiful shrubby and blue berry bushes, along with Japanese Maple tree, and dogwood.  Ok all you golf lovers, this house has the golf course at your back yard.  It has a front porch with 4 large columns.  The house is for sale by the real estate officer, Tammy Chavers at Re-Max Realty.  She will have cards at the sale for you to contact her.  This is close to Eastchase Mall, hospitals, schools, Church’s and interstate.  This would make a great home for a family that has children.
