Please call 256-683-6345 to purchase an item that has an item number, a written description and a price with the picture. All other items must be purchased during the open house sale.
A 4% courtesy credit card service fee will be added.
All calls and texts will be returned in the order they are received. Please do not leave multiple messages, as it slows us down.
We accept cash, local checks, debit/credit cards plus a 4% service fee.
All sales are final. "As Is". No Returns. No Refunds. No holds without payment.
Bring help to load your items. We can not help with moving or loading items.
Bring boxes and wrap for your breakable items.
We are not responsible for accidents.
Do not block neighbor’s driveways, mailboxes, trash cans or park on their grass.
Any items purchased but not picked up by the end of the sale will be donated. No refunds will be issued.
