We accept Cash, debit/credit and tap to pay. Bring help to load large items. We are not responsible for any accidents while you are on the property. Please be courteous and most of all kind to the sellers and other shoppers. We will have holding areas for bulk items. All furniture not picked up by Sunday at 2pm will be removed from the property and no refund will be given.

WEATHER UPDATE: The driveway loops all the way around the house and a covered drive through in the back will allow you to load purchases without getting rained on. When entering stay to the right. Please be courteous when parking and do not block the left hand side of the drive to allow people to leave without being blocked in. This is an everything must go sale. All items will be full price on Friday and Saturday. Sunday will be half price obo. All contents remaining at 4pm on Sunday will be sold as one purchase to the highest offer.
