Directions
The public road has recently been paved. You will be crossing multiple private properties so please stay on the established roadways and keep trash inside your vehicles. There are cameras installed all along the roads. I will post more detailed instructions prior to sale. No driving in to locate where sale is ahead of time. No early birds when sale begins. DO NOT DRIVE ACROSS YARD PLEASE. PARK ALONG THE DRIVEWAY. YOU CAN PULL UP ON THE EDGE OF THE GRASS ALONG THE DRIVEWAY WITH YOUR VEHICLE FACING SOUTH. FROM THE INTERSECTION OF SNOW ROAD AND HOWELLS FERRY ROAD HEAD WEST ON HOWELLS FERRY ROAD. YOU WILL PASS ALLENTOWN SCHOOL ON THE RIGHT AND BEYOND THAT ALLENTOWN HOLINESS CHURCH ON THE LEFT. APROX 1/4 mile PASSED THE CHURCH YOU WILL SEE HAVENS ROAD ON THE LEFT. NEWLY BLACKTOPPED PUBLIC ROAD. YOU WILL COME TO END OF COUNTY MAINTENANCE SIGN, AND PRIVATE PROPERTY KEEP COMING YOU’LL BE PASSING A BIG FIELD ON YOUR LEFT AND WOODS ON YOUR RIGHT WHEN YOU COME TO TWO BLACK DOUBLE GATES STRAIGHT AHEAD ARE TWO PIPE GATES TO YOUR LEFT COME THROUGH THE TWO PIPE GATES TO YOUR LEFT, AND THAT WILL BRING YOU UP TO THE CORNER OF A BIG HAYFIELD. YOU’LL SEE A HOUSE TO YOUR RIGHT ACROSS THE FIELD GO ABOUT HALFWAY DOWN TO WHERE THE CROSS FENCE IS AND TURN BACK ACROSS THAT FIELD TO YOUR RIGHT DON’T GO THROUGH THE METAL GATE TURN BACK ACROSS THE HAYFIELD TO YOUR RIGHT AND STAY STRAIGHT AND THAT WILL BRING YOU TO A ANOTHER GATE, WHICH WILL BE OPEN AND IT HAS HORSE HEADS ON THE POST COME THROUGH THAT GATE AND FOLLOW THE ROAD AROUND TO THE SALE Dates

Sale will be a clean out of house and multiple other buildings on the property. There’s so much stuff to get through that this will be a multi phase process.
The first sale dates will be July 16,17 & 18th 9am-4pm. The second phase will be July 30,31 and August 1st 9am-4pm
THIS IS A CASH AND CARRY SALE. CASH ONLY. You will need to have help loading any heavy items. NO PETS.
