Entering the home and property is at your own risk. The home owner is not responsible for any accidents or mishaps during your time at the sale and on the property.
Please NO shoplifting! We take stealing very seriously and will prosecute to the fullest extent the law allows. We have surveillance cameras in multiple areas.

NO large bags, purses, backpacks, or boxes will be allowed inside the sale. Please leave them at the sale desk for your “hold” items as space for hold items will be limited and this is a good way to avoid any mixups.

All items are sold “as is”, no refunds or exchanges. Some items may be subject to presale.

House sits on a corner so parking is available on the side of the road in front of the house and down the left side of the house. Please park head in angled and not bumper to bumper so that more cars can park in these areas.

The house is small so entry inside the house will be limited to 10-15 people at a time. As 1 person exits, others will be allowed in.
Numbers will be given out 30 minutes prior to sale time.

Friday and Saturday are full price days and Sunday is 25% off. Some items will not be discounted and these items will be marked with a sign as “Not Discounted”.

Large items and shelving units that have a lot of items on them cannot be moved until the end of the first day of sale. Arrangements can be made to pick up large items outside of sale times. You must have help with heavy items, we are limited on what we can physically lift.
