Pre-sale will be held Tuesday, February 11th 9am to 1pm. No holds without payment in full. No exceptions. Buyers are responsible for the muscle to move/load their purchases. Cash, Venmo or credit cards are acceptable forms of payment. Cataloging of this estate will begin in early January 2025. Saturday, February 15th will be 50%; some exceptions will apply.
