All sales are final, as is, where is. Please bring help to load large items and be prepared to remove your purchases from the premises. We will NOT have people to load boxes or items purchased. Please bring boxes and wrapping material. We will not have packing supplies. We accept cash or checks, Venmo, and credit cards. There is a 3% fee for credit cards. We ask that you be thoughtful of the neighborhood since we don't want to be run out of town, and we thank you for your support!!!!! Thursday is trash pick up so don’t park in front of trash cans.

We are not responsible for accidents.

P.S. Unruly children will be given chocolate and a stray puppy to take home!!!!
