Cash, credit cards. Credit card purchases must be at least $20. All sales are final. Bring help to load. Bring boxes and paper to pack purchases. You will be responsible for loading furniture and heavy items. We will not have anyone available to help load your purchases. Everything must be removed by 12pm Saturday.

This sale is CRAZY!!!! We have never had SO MANY planters, cement statuary, flower pots, live plants, outdoor furniture, bottle trees in one sale!!!

We are doing a ONE DAY sale to try our best to liquidate the backyard and carport of this estate.

We will have another sale in May to sell the contents of inside the home (beautiful) but honestly there are so many things in the backyard it deserves a sale of its own.
