Please bring help and supplies for packing, loading, and transporting your newly purchased item(s). Buyer is responsible for the removal of large items purchased during the sale. Items must be removed two hours before closing on the last day of the sale, unless other arrangements have been made.

Parking may be a challenge. If it is not raining, parking will be permitted on the vacant lot east of the residence. Be responsible when you park your vehicle. Do not block mailboxes or driveways.
