Description & Details

This nice house just sold & all items must go asap!  Remember we sell in advance if you see anything you need!

Pictures & decor throughout the house — all in great condition!  
  Living room - 2 sofas - one is a hide-a-bed sofa - both in excellent condition.  Other is regular sofa - glass top coffee table with gold frame, occasional chairs - mantle with lots of unique collectibles - loads of pictures & frames. 
 
Patio room has pictures, decor, large table lamp, electronics/TV console, round table with  4 chairs & more pictures & decor.

Kitchen  has glasses, coffee cups, dishes, pots & pans, kitchenware & more.

 Great Frigidaire refrigerator/freezer (white) with icemaker/water in door.

3 bedrooms - 2 bathrooms, all have great items including 2 twin beds, occasional tables, lamps, decor, collectibles, pictures and closet items.  Master bedroom has the nice chest with hidden drawers, large dresser with 2 mirrors, king headboard with double base, end tables, lamps & decor.  Closet & bathroom for master packed.  Closets cleaned out and items moved for easier access -Closet items include red vacuum, clothes, coats, nice name brand women’s clothing in sizes Medium, Large, XL - shoes size 8 1/2 - most with light wear - some new!  

Office has 2 different desks, shelving units, other storage, 2 office chairs, floor protectors, books, &  various other items!  

Garage has lots of usable items that everyone needs!  Shelving in garage is also for sale.  As always - look at pictures & give us a call if you want to buy early!
