Small 2 bedroom/2 bathroom house in the downtown area off Exit 117 - cross over & follow your GPS to address.

This home is packed! We will sell ahead for this sale if you see something you can’t let get away! Due to size of the house, we may have to limit numbers until the crowd slows down during the days open.

Items available include an antique sofa, piano, small & large tables, step stools, oak table with 6 chairs, China cabinet (needs new glass in one area) but easily replaced, lots of neat collectibles throughout the home! Complete set of Churchhill Blue Willow dishes, Kitchen has lots of neat gadgets, normal items such as pie plates, cookware and more. Bedrooms are full - lots of name brand clothing & shoes! Clothing sizes range from Large through 3x - shoes are mostly 71/2 but a few size 8).
