( NO OUT-OF-STATE CHECK ACCEPTED, EVEN IF YOU HAVE AN ARKANSAS DRIVER'S LICENSE). We will gladly hold your items for 30 minutes while you go to a local ATM.

All items are sold as-is and where-is on the property. There are no returns, refunds, exchanges, or warranties.
Make your arrangements for the lifting and handling of your purchased items. Homeowners nor Phyllis Bennett Estate Sales are responsible for any accidents inside or outside the property. Be responsible when you park your vehicle, park on the street only so, as not to damage water sprinklers, Do not block mailboxes or driveways.
We reserve the right to limit occupancy of the household at any time if necessary
ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE PROPERTY BY CLOSE OF THE LAST SALE DAY IN A SAFE MANNER AS NOT TO DAMAGE PROPERTY
