DATES OF SALE are FRIDAY April 11th and SATURDAY April 12th
Cash, local checks with I.D. and phone number
All items are sold as-is. No returns, refunds, exchanges or warranties. Bring help or make arrangements for lifting, packing, or moving your purchased items.
Homeowner is not responsible for any accidents inside or outside of property.
ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE PROPERTY AT TIME OF PURCHASE, UNLESS OTHER ARRANGEMENTS ARE MADE AT TIME OF SALE.
