Description & Details

Steve and Martha McFerron moved to Athens, Ga. in 2020 to be close to their son. After Steve passed away in 2024, Martha continued to live in their Jonesboro home part time. Steve will be remembered as a banker; a youth sports coach and an active ASU supporter. Martha was an ASU cheerleader who continued to coach ASU cheerleaders for 25 years after graduation. She was a Chi Omega, which you will see signs of around the house in accessories with Owl images. Many of their designer grade furnishings were left to them by Steve's mother, Lucie Able, who was a beloved member of the community. Since Steve and Martha had two other homes, everything needed to live with is in this house's sale.
