Estate Sale Information

Sales Dates and Times.

Saturday September 12th 0900 to 1600. Full Priced as marked
Sunday September 13th 1030 to 1500 40% off marked price
Monday September 14th 0900 to 1500 75% off marked price

The estate sale starts promptly at the listed start time. Early arrivals will not be allowed entry.

1. Cash Only, except personal checks may be accepted at the sole discretion of the estate sales manager for purchases greater than $100. Checks must be from local banks and with matching current driver’s license and another form of approved identification and a verified phone number.

2. All prices in US Dollars. All sales are final. No refunds are allowed after purchase.

3. Items are sold as is with no warranty. You are encouraged to inspect items prior to purchase. Electrical power is available to check applicable items for proper operation.

4. Prices on Saturday are full priced as marked. Prices on Sunday are 40% off the marked price. Prices on Monday are 75% off of the marked price.

5. Please No Food or Drinks within the estate sale areas.

6. All items purchased must be removed at the time of sale, except larger items may be picked up at a later time as coordinated with the estate sale manager. All items must be removed prior to the estate sale ending on Monday at 3PM unless specifically approved in writing by the estate sales manager. Items not removed will be considered to be abandoned and subject to resale.

7. A hold table is provided for buyers to place items prior to purchase. Sold Stickers are available upon request. Buyers that place item on the hold table must purchase items prior to leaving the estate sale unless specifically arranged otherwise with the estate sale manager.

8. Parking is at your own risk. Do not block driveways, fire hydrants, or mailboxes. Do not park on private property. Kling road is a heavy traffic road. Watch for vehicular traffic. Verify your vehicle is legally parked.

9. We are not responsible for your safety, health, or accidents. Use Caution and watch for uneven surfaces, items on the floor or on shelves. Please be advised that you enter this estate sale at your own risk. The estate, property owners, and sale organizers are not responsible for any injury, loss, or property damage sustained by attendees. This waiver of liability applies to all areas inside the residence, across the entire exterior property, and all adjacent staging, parking, or sidewalk areas outside the property boundaries.

10. If you break an item then you are responsible for paying for it. Children under 13 must be accompanied by an Adult. Customers who are exhibiting disruptive behavior including but not limited to: violent, threatening, screaming, violating estate sale instructions, or causing a safety hazard may be asked to leave.

11. If you need help with getting an item then please speak to an Estate Sale representative for assistance.

12. We Cannot Help Moving Large Items. Bring your own help to move items. Limited supply of packing material for fragile items is available on a first come first serve basis.

13. Camera Surveillance and photography is in use. Please do not bring large bags or back packs on the premises.

14. Do not bring Weapons on the premises.

15. Ask the estate sale manager if you have any questions.

16. We reserve the right to limit occupancy within estate sale areas and limit parking at the residence.

17. Some areas are marked "Do Not Enter". These areas are not part of the estate sale and should not be entered.
