Turkey Mountain Traders Estate Sales, LLC strives to research items to the best of our knowledge and experience. This does not warrant the accuracy, genuineness, authenticity, condition, or description of any items our client offers for sale. Although we try to point out flaws, we recommend that you make your own personal examination of items you might purchase.

Buyer is responsible for removal of large items purchased during the sale. Items must be removed two hours prior to closing on the last day of the sale, unless other arrangements have been made.

Homeowners nor Turkey Mountain Traders Estate Sales, LLC are responsible for any accidents inside or outside the property.
Be responsible when you park your vehicle. Park on the street only. Do not block mailboxes or driveways.

All sales are final. If you break or damage an item you are fully responsible for the cost of the item.
We accept cash and all major credit cards. A 5% convenience fee will be added to your bill for credit card charges.
