We accept cash, debit and credit card payments. No personal checks unless the Sale Manager knows you personally. For most sales, you must bring your own labor to move furniture. On occasion we will arrange for professional delivery at the Buyer's expense . Items are sold "as-is" with no warranties. All sales are final. Discounting will occur at the seller's direction. We reserve the right to limit the number of people in the house and to pull items from the sale at any time, per our Client's instructions. This tri-level home is sunny and spacious, which is the perfect setting for a large springtime sale. The house has sold and everything must go. There are three beds, including a brass bed frame, antique and vintage writing desks, chairs, side tables and cabinets, three dining room sets, several antique cabinets and lots of framed art. The kitchen is loaded with cookbooks and collectible name brands, including Arthur Court pewter, vintage Corning, Fostoria Virginia green stemware and Rowe Pottery. The dining room has a china cabinet full of Vernon Ware by Metlox and a vintage brass baker's rack.

We don't always have high-end rugs for sale, but this house has three hand-knotted Persian rugs, including one that fills the living room. There are lamps, benches, a hoosier cabinet, wrought iron outdoor furniture, imported finds from world travels, antique brass, vintage Christmas ornaments -- and an abundance of bunnies and Easter decor just in time for the holiday. (We may need to sell Easter early.)

The crew has worked for weeks to unload and organize closets packed with lifetime collections from the 1970s, 1980s and 1990s, including Dept 56 Christmas villages and accessories, Walt Disney Collector's Society, Tom Clark figurines, Norman Rockwell plates, and Ty Beanie Babies. We will have a separate event on Tuesday, April 22, to get started early on selling those. (See separate listing on this site.)

In other rooms there are: Books, both popular titles and vintage/antique volumes; games/toys; bed and bath linens; collectible dolls and porcelain; crystal and glassware for large groups; men's vintage clothing; women's handbags including Coach and Dooney & Burke; framed needlepoint and a piano.
