Moving On ONLINE AUCTION in Sherwood

1. This online-only auction will begin to close at 6:00 PM on Tuesday, September 22, 2026. Lots will close approximately every 30 seconds. This auction uses a soft close, which provides an authentic auction atmosphere. Items will remain open for one minute after the latest bid. At 5:30pm a new, flashing button will appear allowing you to watch the auction close with a live countdown. This allows you to bid on the next 12 items scheduled to close without refreshing the page.

2. There is no preview for this auction.

3. Pick up is on Wednesday, September 23rd, 2026 from 4pm - 6pm or Thursday, September 24th, 2026 10am - 5pm. The address will be available at the end of the sale. Everything must be picked up on this day. Please bring the boxes, packing materials and any help you may need to remove your items. If you do not pick up your items on the specified date, your credit card will not be refunded and your item(s) will be forfeited.

4. All items are offered and sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults.

5. NOTICE: Moving On In Arkansas will not be able to hold any items for pick up beyond the stated times.

6. Moving On In Arkansas reserves the right to reject any bid and/or bidder at our sole discretion.

7. This auction has a 15% buyer's premium. This means that a final bid of $100 plus the buyer's premium constitutes the total purchase price of $115.

8. You will receive an invoice listing the items won. Payment is due the evening the sale ends. Credit cards are accepted. Cards accepted include MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover only there is No Service charge on credit card purchases. If you do not pick up your items on the specified date, your credit card will not be refunded and your item(s) will be forfeited.

9. By bidding in this auction, you are agreeing to all of the terms posted for this auction.

10. Shipping is not available for this auction.

11. Declined credit cards can result in a buyer being banned from participating in future auctions.

12. This is a public auction and not a retail setting. All sales are final. No returns or chargebacks are accepted.
