- Archeology Estate Sales, LLC, and the homeowner are not responsible for any accidents.
- Cash and credit cards are accepted.
- We are a licensed company and do collect tax. The combined tax rate for this sale is 7.8%. If you are tax exempt, please bring your exemption certificate.
- Be prepared to load and haul away all purchases. Large furniture pickup may need to be scheduled outside of sale hours. We can lend you a furniture dolly.

A: Please note that all items are sold as-is. We do not offer refunds or returns for any purchases.

Q: If I purchase a large item, how do I handle the pick-up?
A: Please prepared to load and haul away all of your purchases. If you need to come back to get your item, we will write you a receipt so you can pick up the item anytime during the sale's open hours. We do not deliver items.

Join us this Friday and Saturday, 3/6 and 3/7, for a charming estate sale in the Sunbird Golf Community of Chandler. The sale will run from 8:30am – 1:30pm each day.

PLEASE READ:

Sunbird is a gated community and the gate will NOT allow shoppers entry into the community until exactly 8:30am. There is a parking lot at Riggs and McQueen that is a good option for waiting.
Due to limited space, we will be limiting entry to 25 shoppers at any given time. Please plan accordingly.

This sale truly has something for everyone, with a good variety of furniture, home décor, kitchenware, artwork, collectibles, and everyday household items. Whether you are furnishing a home, searching for unique statement pieces, or simply love a good treasure hunt, you will find plenty to browse and enjoy!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Dates & Times: Friday 3/6 and Saturday 3/7 from 8:30am-1:30pm each day.
Location: Sunbird Golf Resort in Chandler (Crossroads: Riggs Rd. and McQueen. The full address will be posted the morning of the sale)
Furniture & Large Items: Bring help to move furniture. Some large items may need to be picked up outside of sale hours - please plan accordingly
Safety: Due to limited space, we will be limiting entry to 25 shoppers at a time. Please plan accordingly. Enter at your own risk. We are not responsible for accidents or injuries
Condition of Items: All items are sold AS IS. No refunds or exchanges
Packing Materials: Bring your own boxes, bags, and packing materials
Sales Tax: 7.8% sales tax will be added to all purchases. If you are tax exempt, please bring a copy of your current Arizona reseller license (TPT) — no exceptions
