Join us in the Comanche Heights neighborhood for a fantastic two-day estate sale this Friday, October 9th through Saturday, October 10th from 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM daily. This home is packed with a great mix of finds, including tools, furniture, incredible signed artwork by William Lesch, an air hockey table, watersports equipment, home goods, a Fender Squier Stratocaster and amp, vintage cameras, collectibles and so much more. There is a little bit of everything at this one, so make plans to stop by, bring a friend and come ready to shop! With only two days to shop, you’ll want to arrive early for the best selection. IMPORTANT INFORMATION

1. Dates & Times: Friday, and Saturday, October 9th-10th, from 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM daily.
2. Location: Located in the Comanche Heights neighborhood of Chandler, near Germann Rd. and Alma School Rd. The exact address will be posted here at 5:30 AM on Friday, October 9th.
3. Limited Space: Due to space constraints, we may need to limit the number of shoppers inside the home at one time. We will also have only one cashier, so please be patient and prepared for a possible wait during busy periods.
4. Furniture & Large Items: Please bring adequate help to move and load furniture and other large purchases. Some larger items may need to be picked up outside of regular sale hours, so please plan accordingly.
5. Safety: Please use caution while shopping and enter the property at your own risk. Archeology Estate Sales and the property owner are not responsible for accidents or injuries.
6. Condition of Items: All merchandise is sold AS IS. Please inspect items carefully before purchasing. All sales are final with no refunds or exchanges.
7. Packing Materials: Please bring your own boxes, bags, wrapping materials, and other supplies needed to safely transport your purchases.
8. Sales Tax: 7.8% sales tax will be added to all purchases. Tax-exempt buyers must provide a copy of a current Arizona TPT license. No exceptions.
9. Payment: Cash and cards are accepted. No holds unless an item has been paid for in full.
10. First Come, First Served: No pre-sales unless specifically marked and no early entry. Come early for the best selection!
11. Parking: Please be courteous to the neighbors. Do not block driveways, mailboxes, or roadways, and follow all posted parking restrictions.
