You must enter community from Pebblecreek Pkwy and check in with guard. GPS COULD BE INCORRECT. Do not attempt to enter community from any other gates. Please note the guard will not let you in the community until the sale starts at 10:00am. Credit cards, cash and Zelle accepted. Not responsible for accidents. All items sold as is, no returns. Pebblecreek is guard gated but it is easy to get in. Please text or call with any questions. We don't allow pre-sales or give pricing over the phone. Please do not block driveways or mail boxes. Pebblecreek is very strict with blocking driveways and mailboxes. There are many, many more items not noted or photographed. Everything is priced to sell. We'd be happy to answer any questions prior to the sale. Dealers and resellers always welcome. Please keep in mind we are usually pricing up to the day of the sale and adding photos as we go. Our sales are very organized and we are really flexible.
This will be a fantastic packed Pebblecreek sale. We haven't begun the set up, however this will be a well organized clean home with great items and a 2004 Gas Powered Yamaha Golf Cart which has been serviced annually. There is great furniture, kitchen items, home decor, patio items, garage items and much more!! Everything is in great condition and appears to be well taken care of.
