8.1% sales tax rate (No Exeptions) unless you have a current up to date retail tax license with you and can present it upon purchase. We will accept most forms of payment with the exception of a personal check. If you are paying with a credit card then please expect to pay an additional 3% fee (no additional fee for cash,
zelle or venmo payments). Please ask about delivery for larger items that we can deliver within Maricopa County for a reasonable fee depending on the item and location. Please bring help for loading large or heavy items.
We are not responsible for accidents and some of the sales we host can have alot of steps, we try to mark all the steps with caution tape but please be careful and watch your step and please be kind and courteous to the other shoppers around you, Thanks.
When coming early you must stay at the sale after you put your marker down. You can place your marker down and go to your vehicle to wait. If you leave the general area in your car then you lose your place in line unless you have more than one in your party and at least one person stays at the sale until you return. Basically you cannot leave a marker down then leave to get something to eat or go home and rest and expect your marker to still be down. If we don't remove it then other people in line probably will and we will take the side of the people that stayed at the sale in the line or in their vehicle. Thanks for understanding!

Nice furniture and decor including a huge Italian leather sectional in the family room, a large 70's Drexel dining set with matching hutch and buffet. A white leather sofa and matching love seat in the living room. Bed and dressers through and unique antique pieces throughout. Tons of vintage lighting, art and decor throughout. Tons of collectibles including political buttons, knives, flashlights and many other vintage collectibles! Tons of kitchenware including lots of vintage and retro kitchenware, small appliances and vintage barware. Tons of audio including Klipsch, Bose, Denon, a Samsung curved big screen tv and more. Tons of vintage men's clothing, trucker hats and uniforms. Some outdoor patio. Cleaning, beauty and bath supplies. Tons and tons of books mostly survival, military, manuals and non fiction action novels, dvd's and other media. 3 car garage packed with tools and other garage items including high quality tools such as snap on, mac, proto and etc... very unique Kennedy utility cart tool chest combo plus so much more. We found a S&W M&P 38 special but we're not sure if this gun will be included in the sale. We are waiting for a response from our client so if it's included we will update the listing stating so.
