All items including fine art, watches, brand name/designer goods, graded collectibles etc are unauthenticated unless otherwise specified by staff or advertising; buyers to satisfy themselves with all matters prior to purchasing. Seller and Grasons are not liable for any damage and or injuries to persons and properties in the premises or outside the premises. Attendance and entry to the sale is at your own risk.

Credit/debit cards or cash for purchases only no checks will be accepted. We charge sales tax unless you have a valid resale permit. If you buy a large or heavy item, please bring help to get it into your vehicle. Grasons personnel are not allowed to move large items.

We cannot guarantee items in photos will be at the sale. Photos are provided as a courtesy and are subject to change. We do our best to update photos prior to the first sale day, there are circumstances such as presale and family members removing items last minute which can impact availability of items. The house will close briefly from 12:45pm - 1:05pm before the final hour and reopen for 90% off
All 50% off shoppers must checkout prior to 11:45am
All shoppers must exit during the reset
Hold tables will be cleared! No piles, no holds, no saving items between 50% off time and 90% off time
First come, first served — no exceptions. An entrance line will be formed out front, no sign ups.
Not all items will be 50-90% off, subject to our contracts with the estate for reserve items, fine jewelry, firearms, vehicles, etc.

This process ensures equal and fair opportunities for everyone and allows us to efficiently clear the home.
