PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN THE DRIVEWAY UNLESS REMOVING FURNITURE and do not block neighbors’ driveways .
* WE ACCEPT CASH, DEBIT & CREDIT CARDS. Checks are not accepted.
:*Large bags, large boxes, backpacks, strollers, and large purses will not be allowed into the sale. Please plan accordingly.
*There are no Pre-sales or early entry.
Please bring help to load large items, there are not movers on sight nor do we have packing materials available for fragile items.

1) Please be prepared to move your own items. We do not have movers. We are not responsible for accidents in or around the house property
2) We do not allow sold stickers, other than our own. If you wish to purchase an item, ask one of our assistants for a sold sticker. You are then obligated to purchase that item.
3) Do not hoard items that you do not plan on purchasing. Doing so could create a missed opportunity for that item to be sold.
4) All items are SOLD AS IS and there are NO REFUNDS.
5) Theft is prohibited. Surveillance cameras in use. If anyone is caught stealing, we will call the police.
6) Doors will open at the published time, not before.
7) If you pick up an item and decide not to buy it, please place the item back where you got it. If not, please give it to an employee and ask them to put the item back where it belongs.
8) If you break or damage an item you are fully responsible for the cost of the item.
9) Please do not bring food or drinks into the house and do not leave your trash on the property.
10) We do not hold presales or give prices out prior to the estate sale.
