Parking Info

This is a long, one street gated community with an HOA. They have never had an estate sale before as it is a fairly new community. The rules of this community are that to the RIGHT of the front gate, there is NO PARKING in front of townhomes, only for pickup. Absolutely no parking to shop. There is a small parking lot to the LEFT of the front gate, please utilize that, and if you have to park on the street to the left, park only on the right side after entering that street, and DO NOT BLOCK GARAGES, FRONT DOORS. There MUST be room for an emergency vehicle to pass. Do the right thing. Who knows, they might be coming for you!

Payment

The phone and internet connection in this community is at best 10% of what you are used to. 

I believe at this sale I can take CASH ONLY

There are wonderful things at this sale that might make up for the inconvenience of parking and payment. I do hope you will come and see all of these wonderful items.

Oh, One more thing....

This HOA only allows ONE DAY ESTATE SALES, so we will have a sale on

JULY 11 and one on JULY 18  -- We will list on estatesales.net another add for the July 18th sale.
