1. Scope of Services
We provide full-service estate sale management, including organizing, pricing, staging, advertising, staff support during the sale, and optional junk/debris removal. Details of specific services will be outlined in your individual agreement.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients must ensure that all items provided for sale are owned by them or that they have legal authority to sell them. Personal items or items not for sale must be removed from the premises before setup begins.
3. Fees and Commission
Our pricing is based on the scope of work and may include a commission, flat rate, or a combination of both. Additional fees may apply for services like junk removal, donation drop-offs, or special requests.
All pricing and payment details will be discussed and agreed upon in your service agreement.
4. Unsold Items
After the sale, any remaining unsold items will be removed by our team as part of the service. Items may be donated, discarded, or otherwise cleared from the property, based on what’s appropriate for each item.
We’ll discuss the plan with you ahead of time to ensure it meets your needs.
5. Liability
Amazing Finds Estate Sales is not responsible for damage, theft, or loss of items during the sale. We take reasonable precautions but cannot guarantee security or sale results.
6. Photography and Promotion
By using our services, you grant us permission to photograph and promote the sale and its contents on our website and third-party advertising platforms.
7. Buyer Terms
All items are sold as-is, with no warranties or guarantees. All sales are final. Buyers are responsible for inspecting items before purchasing and arranging pickup.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of Maricopa/El Mirage, Arizona.
