We do not pre sell once the sale is advertised! We will answer questions asked about prices if we are able to. As with any Sale all items are being sold as is. We do not accept returns or exchanges. This sale is in Sun City West so please expect to pay a
6.3% sales tax rate (No Exeptions) unless you have a current up to date retail tax license with you and can present it upon purchase. We will accept most forms of payment with the exception of a personal check. If you are paying with a credit card then please expect to pay an additional 3% fee (no additional fee for cash,
zelle or venmo payments). Please ask about delivery for larger items that we can deliver within Maricopa County for a reasonable fee depending on the item and location. Please bring help for loading large or heavy items.

We are not responsible for accidents and some of the sales we host can have alot of steps, we try to mark all the steps with caution tape but please be careful and watch your step and please be kind and courteous to the other shoppers around you, Thanks.

When coming early you must stay at the sale after you put your marker down. You can place your marker down and go to your vehicle to wait. If you leave the general area in your car then you lose your place in line unless you have more than one in your party and at least one person stays at the sale until you return. Basically you cannot leave a marker down then leave to get something to eat or go home and rest and expect your marker to still be down. If we don't remove it then other people in line probably will and we will take the side of the people that stayed at the sale in the line or in their vehicle. Thanks for understanding!

Huge estate sale in Sun City West! Packed house with tons of Vintage Hollywood Regency, Mid Century, Antique and Contemporary Collectibles, Toys, Furniture including tables, sofas, queen bed, tempur ergo adjustable king bed, Lighting, Art and Decor.

1998 Yamaha Altima gas powered golf cart in excellent condition. The golf cart does run when fuel is put directly into the carburetor but it's not pumping fuel properly to the carburetor. We replaced all the fuel lines that were hard and cracking and we checked the fuel pump and it seems to be good but we believe the issue for it not running is the carburetor. We found replacement carburetors on Amazon for $26 and should be fairly simple to replace. We didn't have time before the sale starts to order and replace the carburetor. We will be selling the golf cart as is but it will be priced accordingly to it's low use and excellent physical condition, basically we're not going to take hundreds off of the price due to a fairly simple and inexpensive fix.

2000lb LIBERTY WASHINGTON safe with combination. You must arrange your own pickup and moving company for the safe. Retail price for these safe's can exceed $5,000.00 and up to $7,000.

Too much to list!

We will update this ad as we find more treasures and this estate is in a trust which allowed a family member to come on the 22nd to collect a list of items. We will have to update the ad after the family member retrieved the items because they retrieved some items that were photographed and didn't retrieve many items that have not been photographed as of yet. We will update the ad with new photos and possibly more items that we uncover. Due to these unforseen developments, we will have to postpone the sale to start on July 9th. As always we price to sell on the first day but we will have our regular discounts on the second and third day as well.
