6.3% sales tax rate (No Exeptions) unless you have a current up to date retail tax license with you and can present it upon purchase. We will accept most forms of payment with the exception of a personal check. If you are paying with a credit card then please expect to pay an additional 3% fee (no additional fee for cash,
zelle or venmo payments). Please ask about delivery for larger items that we can deliver within Maricopa County for a reasonable fee depending on the item and location. Please bring help for loading large or heavy items.
We are not responsible for accidents and some of the sales we host can have alot of steps, we try to mark all the steps with caution tape but please be careful and watch your step and please be kind and courteous to the other shoppers around you, Thanks.
When coming early you must stay at the sale after you put your marker down. You can place your marker down and go to your vehicle to wait. If you leave the general area in your car then you lose your place in line unless you have more than one in your party and at least one person stays at the sale until you return. Basically you cannot leave a marker down then leave to get something to eat or go home and rest and expect your marker to still be down. If we don't remove it then other people in line probably will and we will take the side of the people that stayed at the sale in the line or in their vehicle. Thanks for understanding!

Note: We will be selling tons of jewelry for another client who cannot have a sale and we will be spreading it out over several different sales where permissible before Christmas. Each time we add this jewelry, it will include new pieces and nothing will be repeated. Please check out the pictures once they're added to see some of this jewelry. This jewelry will not be kept or stored on site and will only be available on the day and hours of the sale.
Nice Mid Century Sale in Sun City with a pair of Adrian Pearsall slipper chairs, a mid Century walnut and smoked glass end table, a Florence knoll style coffee table, retro 60's black grained pleather sofa with storage compartment., Sonneman 3 tiered floor lamp, brass and glass bar cart, Hollywood Regency nesting tables, rattan 4 chair dinette plus other vintage furniture, lighting and decor throughout. Tons of jewelry that will be kept off site except during sale days and hours of the sale. Security will be posted inside the home overnight as well. Tons of vintage kitchenware and figurines, vintage linens, garage full of tools and other garage items, outdoor patio items, tons of women's clothing including many vintage pieces, tons of holiday decor and much more. To much to list. We will be adding pics soon and will add more up until a day or two before the sale so please check back often.
