Buyers pay a $2.95 marketplace service fee for each lot purchased instead of a buyers premium.

All property is sold "AS IS - WHERE IS". Neither Milton Estate Sales LLC or the Consignor makes any representation or warranty, expressed or implied, as to the merchant-ability, fitness, or condition of the property or as to the correctness of description, genuineness, attribution, provenance or period of the property.

If you are in doubt about any items: condition, grade, authentication or anything else... Please do not Buy the lot!

All major credit cards are accepted. Cash is no longer accepted for online sales. City and State tax must also be collected.

Auction Pickup and a small sale will be on Sunday Dec 1st. Pickup information will be emailed so please make sure to check your email and spam folder in case the email is filtered as junk mail..

All sales are final-Please bring boxes and packing materials as they will not be provided.

We try to work with buyers for pickup but all large items must be removed Sunday. If your merchandise is here at the end of the sale, we cannot store it. You will be charged and your merchandise removed from the premises. Milton Estate Sales is not responsible for accidents.
