zelle or venmo payments). Please ask about delivery for larger items that we can deliver within Maricopa County for a reasonable fee depending on the item and location. Please bring help for loading large or heavy items.
We are not responsible for accidents and some of the sales we host can have alot of steps, we try to mark all the steps with caution tape but please be careful and watch your step and please be kind and courteous to the other shoppers around you, Thanks.
When coming early you must stay at the sale after you put your marker down. You can place your marker down and go to your vehicle to wait. If you leave the general area in your car then you lose your place in line unless you have more than one in your party and at least one person stays at the sale until you return. Basically you cannot leave a marker down then leave to get something to eat or go home and rest and expect your marker to still be down. If we don't remove it then other people in line probably will and we will take the side of the people that stayed at the sale in the line or in their vehicle. Thanks for understanding!

Playstation PS2, PS3, PS4, PS5, Xbox 360 Elite plus tons of games, books controllers and more. Note: We will be selling most of the games separate except for the XBox console that will come with 2 games (Halo and Fallout) and the PS5 will come with 2 games. All consoles have original boxes with exception of the PS2 that will be hooked up to a vintage small crt vhs gaming television. There's also a huge Samsung QLED wall mounted TV that looks new and might be less than a year old the paperwork we found is dated 2023 but usually they were manufactured the year before they were purchased so we believe the television was either purchased in 2024 or 2025 and has a ($2500+ retail value), Polk Soundbar and subwoofer with remote, other electronics including a dvd/vhs combo player, dvd player still in the box and a new blue ray player. There's also some vintage electronics including a vintage boombox and more.
Some books including a few vintage cookbooks, a few cd's, cassettes, dvd's and vhs tapes.
Kitchenwares and dining wares including cookware and small appliances and a nice oak dinette with 4 chairs on casters and 3 matching barstools.
