- Aggressive shoppers will not be tolerated.

- Archeology Estate Sales, LLC, and the homeowner are not responsible for any accidents.
- Cash and credit cards are accepted.
- We are a licensed company and do collect tax. The combined tax rate for this sale is 6.3%. If you are tax exempt, please bring your exemption certificate.
- Be prepared to load and haul away all purchases. Large furniture pickup may need to be scheduled outside of sale hours. We can lend you a furniture dolly.

Come join us for an incredible downsizing estate sale this week in the prestigious Oakwood Community of Sun Lakes! This home is absolutely packed with treasures from every era and style. Important Information:
- The sale will run Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM each day
- Please note that we may need to limit the number of shoppers inside the home at one time to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for everyone.
- The address will be posted the morning of the sale
- This is a gated community with entrance off Riggs Road and EJ Robson Boulevard
- If purchasing breakables, please bring your own boxes and packing paper
- Due to safety concerns, large furniture pickup may need to be scheduled outside of sale hours
- Please be respectful of neighbors and do not block driveways
- We are required to collect transaction privilege tax of 6.3%. If you are tax exempt, please have your reseller's certificate ready.
- We accept cash, cards, and Apple Pay
- Items are sold as-is. Please inspect your items carefully before purchase.
- Children must stay with an adult at all times. Some areas may be tight or contain fragile items.
