You must enter community from W Bell Rd and check in with guard. Credit cards, cash and Zelle accepted. Not responsible for accidents. Any valuables are kept off site until the day of the sale. All items sold as is, no returns. Sun Village is guard gated but it is easy to get in. Please text or call with any questions. We don't allow pre-sales or give pricing over the phone. Please do not block driveways or mail boxes. Sun Village is very strict with blocking driveways and mailboxes. There are many, many more items not noted or photographed. Everything is priced to sell. We'd be happy to answer any questions prior to the sale. Dealers and resellers always welcome. Please keep in mind we are usually pricing up to the day of the sale and adding photos as we go. Our sales are very organized and we are really flexible.

Full House Estate Sales

This will be a great Surprise, Sun Village Sale packed, packed sale. We haven't begun the set up, however this will be a well organized clean home featuring tons of higher end western art, sculptures, and decor all in great condition. There are tons of antiques, antique furniture, kitchen items, home decor, patio items, garage items and much more!! Everything is in great condition and appears to be well taken care of.
