Bonjour! It’s a Good Day for an estate sale in Surprise AZ

Bags & Purses
To help us keep the sale organized and secure, we ask that you leave handbags, totes, boxes, and large bags at home. Small purses for your phone and wallet are perfectly fine. We’ll provide shopping baskets, and our team will provide a bag for your items at checkout.

Payment Options
We happily accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, and Android Pay.
(We do not accept Venmo, Zelle, or Paypal at this time)
Good news — there are no credit card fees, so feel free to use your card!

Currency
Change is limited, so $100 bills are only accepted for larger purchases.

Pre-Sales
Select furniture pieces may be sold prior to the sale. If you have your eye on something specific, we recommend reviewing photos carefully before attending, as availability may change.

Tax Exemptions
We are no longer accepting resale or tax-exempt licenses.

All Sales Final
Items are sold as-is. We encourage you to inspect your purchases and receipts before leaving. Once items leave the property, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
Electronics
Whenever possible, we encourage testing electronics before purchase.

Parking & Property Courtesy
Please be respectful of the home and neighbors by not blocking driveways. We truly appreciate your cooperation.

Safety Reminder
For everyone’s safety, please be mindful of your surroundings while shopping. Entry is at your own risk.

Kindness Matters
We strive to create a positive shopping experience for everyone. Disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in being asked to leave, as sales are held on private property.
