All auction items are "sold as is". No returns/refunds accepted. All sales are final. Payment is required prior to the pickup date and time. If you default on payment, future bidding privileges will be revoked. Please don't bid if you have no intention of making the purchase.
ALL payments will be made through Global Payments Integrated (GPI) with Credit or Debit Cards. All major credit cards are accepted.
Local 8.7% sales tax and 18% Buyers Premium will be added to the winning bid amount.
Settlement invoices will be emailed after auction completely closes. If payment cannot be processed, we will contact you by email or phone. If you do not respond, your item(s) will be resold and your account will be suspended.
Winning Bidders will be emailed a link to "SignUp Genius", there you will be able to choose a time to pick up on November 5th. This format allows an organized and efficient pick up for everyone.
For "local pick up only"- Buyer is responsible for supplying boxes, packing materials and loading. Loading assistance is NOT available, please bring help for larger, heavier items.
For "shipped items" - Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Once you have paid for your item, shipping costs will be determined and charged to the same credit card used for the auction item. Please confirm a valid physical "ship to" address has been provided.
Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided.
Items that are not picked up at the predetermined date and time, unless prior arrangements have been made, items will be considered abandoned and will be resold or donated without a refund. Failing to pick up or make arrangements, Home2Home also reserves the right to charge a daily storage fee of $25.
Home2Home makes every effort to describe the items as accurately as possible with photos, dimensions and condition. For used, vintage or antique items, please expect normal wear. All items are sold "as is", no refunds or returns. We do not guarantee working order of anything electrical or mechanical. Some dimensions given may be approximate.
