All sales are final, no returns. All items sold as is, please check your electronics before purchasing. No guarantees or warranties. We accept cash and credit/debit cards but no checks. Photo ID will be required on card purchases OVER $100. IF you bring your own “sold” labels into our sales keep in mind that if the label goes on an item you must purchase it or you will not be allowed to purchase anything else. Please bring your own bags and boxes as well as wrap for items. Please bring your own help to move and load boxes and furniture. Grasons Co of Southern Az and the homeowner are not responsible for any accidents that may occur in or around the home. We do collect sales tax as we are a licensed business in the State of Arizona.
Effective 2025: We will no longer accept credit cards for Purchases Under $5. If you wish to make a credit/card purchase for under $5 an Additional service charge of $1 will be accessed.

This sale features an incredible array of Native American art, signed Kachinas, handwoven rugs, pottery, and original works from local Tucson artists including Brenda Semanick-Locascio, Diane Redhair, and Dale Goss. Complementing the art are beautiful Mission-style furnishings, antique oak dressers, ornate hall trees, and richly detailed home décor. Collectors will also find bronze sculptures, vintage Zeiss optics, and a large assortment of vintage media, from vinyl and cassettes to books and magazines. Whether you’re drawn to the craftsmanship of the Southwest, the character of rustic furniture, or the history woven through each piece, this auction offers something special for every taste.

Fees & Payments:

Buyer’s Premium: 18% added to all totals.
Sales Tax: 8.7% Arizona state/local tax.
Payment: Automatically charged to the card on file when the auction closes. Must be completed within 2 days. Unpaid items may incur $5/day storage or be forfeited after 14 days.

Bidding Agreement:
All bids are binding. Failure to pay or communicate may result in revoked bidding privileges and forfeiture of items.

Shipping (Handled by Pak Mail Tucson):
Shipping is outsourced to Pak Mail (7090 N Oracle Rd). Costs include labor, materials, and postage, billed directly to the buyer. Third-party shipping is allowed with coordination within 2 business days. Declining shipping payment = forfeiture.

Local Pickup:
Pickup by appointment during the week after auction close. Payment required before pickup. Buyers must bring their own supplies and loading help (assistance available for a $10+ fee).

Missed Pickup:
No-shows incur a $50 holding fee. Items not picked up within 7 days are forfeited without refund.

Refunds & Returns:
All sales are final. Descriptions are accurate to the best of Grasons’ knowledge. No guarantees on electronics unless stated.

Invoices:
Include item total, buyer’s premium, sales tax, and any applicable shipping/handling fees. Items aren’t released until invoices are paid in full.
