TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ESTATE SALE

1. Eligibility:
• The estate sale is open to all customers, subject to item availability.
2. Sale Duration:
• The sale will take place on the announced start and end dates. All purchases must be completed within this timeframe.
3. Product Availability & Early Access:
• A virtual Early Access List will be created. To join, please fill out Google Form in Sale Description.
• Early Access means entering the estate sale before the official sale start time.
• Customers will be admitted in order according to their assigned groups and entry numbers within specific time frames. If you are not present when your group is called, your spot will be forfeited, and you will need to wait until the official opening to enter.
• There is NO physical sign-up sheet at the door. Customers arriving at opening without Early Access will be admitted only after all Early Access participants have entered.
• We do NOT offer pre-sales or price inquiries before the sale begins.
• We reserve the right to grant or deny early entry privileges at our sole discretion. Early access may be limited or revoked for any individual whose behavior we deem disruptive, unsafe, or otherwise inconsistent with a positive shopping experience. Thank you for respecting our policies and helping us create a fair and enjoyable environment for all our customers.
4. Pricing:
• All items are priced as marked. Prices are non-negotiable.
• Additional discounts or promotions, if any, are subject to SoCal Home Clear Outs’ discretion.
5. All Sales Final:
• All items are sold “AS IS, WHERE IS.” No refunds, exchanges, or returns will be accepted.
6. Payment Methods:
• Accepted payment methods include cash, Zelle, Venmo, and major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex).
• A 3.5% processing fee applies to credit card transactions.
• Full payment is required at the time of purchase. If a deposit has been made online, the remaining balance must be paid upon pickup.
7. Warranty & Liability:
• Items are sold “as-is, where-is” with no warranties or guarantees.
• SoCal Home Clear Outs is not responsible for defects, damage, or other issues with purchased items.
8. Item Pickup & Delivery:
• Customers must bring their own help to load and transport bulky or heavy items.
• Customers must provide their own transportation (e.g., truck, trailer, etc.).
• Delivery services may be available upon request and will incur additional charges.
9. Liability Disclaimer:
• SoCal Home Clear Outs and the property owner(s) are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages occurring inside or outside the premises.
10. Modification of Terms:
• SoCal Home Clear Outs reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions or cancel the sale at any time without prior notice.
