This sale is in a gate guarded community. You will be given a pass at the gate that will be valid for both days of this sale
- Cash, Venmo, and Zelle are the only form of payment accepted.
- All sales are first come, first served. We do not have pre-sales or hold items prior to the sale date.
- Prices on items are ONLY available at the sale, we do not give prices over the phone or email.
- All items purchased must be removed at time of purchase, or by the end of the sale unless other arrangements are made in writing.
- Please bring your own help to assist with removing your items. This includes ALL large items. We do NOT load furniture. Local delivery is offered for a nominal fee
- No large personal bags, purses or backpacks are allowed on the property, please leave them in your vehicle.
- Children MUST be with adults at all times, and please NO pets.
