We CANNOT provide these services during or after the auction. AUCTION ONE and its Consignors disclaim any warranties, express or implied, including but are not limited to the Implied Warranty of Merchantability or Fitness for any particular purpose. AUCTION ONE will not be held responsible for any descriptions of the rarity, quality, condition, size, importance, or provenance of the property. While AUCTION ONE representatives, to the best of their ability, describe the items for sale, any statement, whether oral or written, by the Auctioneer or by any AUCTION ONE representative are mere opinions and shall not be deemed a warranty or representation regarding the property offered for sale. The bidder is responsible for determining the age, size, condition, and value of the property before bidding. By placing a bid, you signify that you have examined the property to your satisfaction or have chosen not to examine it. Since the final bid for acquisition outbids other interested parties, AUCTION ONE will reserve the right to enforce a Final Sale, No Returns & No Cash Back Refunds Policy. If AUCTION ONE is prevented by fire, theft, or any other reason whatsoever from delivering any property to the purchaser, its liability shall be limited to the purchase price of the property as paid by the purchaser. Merchandise will be picked up, packaged or shipped by arrangements made by the buyer. (Merchandise must be removed 10 days after the auction date) ANY ITEMS NOT REMOVE ARE SUBJECT TO $10 PER DAY PER ITEM STORAGE FEE. AUCTION ONE has the right to sell any items left over 30 days. All invoices are due to be paid within 5 business days. All items are sold and shipped As Is. Upon request, a list of shippers will be provided to buyers for domestic and international shipping. Some property that is sold at auction can be subject to laws governing export from the U.S., such as items that include material from some endangered species. Import restrictions from foreign countries are subject to these same governing laws. Note that we do not ship Ivory Internationally. Granting licensing for import or export of goods from local authorities is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
