Thank you for shopping with Heart & Home Estate Sales! We aim to create a positive, safe, and enjoyable experience for all of our guests. By entering our sale, you agree to the following terms:
• All sales are final.
• Items are sold as-is. No warranties or guarantees.
• No returns or exchanges will be accepted.
• Payment options: credit cards, tap-to-pay, Venmo, Zelle, and cash.
• Delivery may be available with prior arrangement and agreement.
• Shop at your own risk. Heart & Home Estate Sales assumes no liability for accidents, injuries, or damages incurred on the property.
• Please do not block neighbors’ driveways or access points.
• Admittance may be limited due to insurance, safety, or fire-code requirements.
• We reserve the right to refuse service or entrance to anyone as needed for the safety and comfort of others.
• Please respect taped-off areas, blocked entrances, and all posted signs.
• We do NOT honor ANY waiting lists that do not have OUR logo.

We are so excited to welcome you to The Marketplace by Heart & Home, a new storefront created from our love of estate treasures, vintage finds, handmade goods, and unique pieces collected from near and far.
The Marketplace is an extension of Heart & Home Estate Sales, giving some of our favorite finds a permanent place to call home! Every corner will be filled with an ever-changing mix of old, new, handmade, repurposed, and one-of-a-kind treasures.

One of the things that makes The Marketplace special is that you never quite know what you'll find. Our inventory will constantly change as we discover new pieces through estate sales, local makers, artisans, and our travels.
PLEASE NOTE: Many items available at the Grand Opening will remain unpictured! There will be MUCH more to shop in person than what you see in the photos, so come ready to treasure hunt!
Our goal is simple: to fill The Marketplace with pieces that have character, craftsmanship, history, and heart. Some have lived a life before you, some were handmade by artisans, and others were personally selected during our travels—but everything was chosen because we thought it was worth sharing.
